Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms',) carefully before using the airamalaysia.com website (the 'Service') operated by Aira Malaysia ('us', 'we', or 'our').

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. 

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out. 

Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

We post all orders made from Sunday to Friday on the subsequent Saturday of the same week via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). For the first Saturday of every month, deliveries will be done the following Monday.

Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. 

You will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing your name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by you.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Product Details 

The actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. However, we have made every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible.

Size measurements are laid flat and may have 1-3cm discrepancies and may not be considered as a defect.

Product Care

You are advised to hand wash all items purchased from Aira Malaysia using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page).

All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.

You are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.

Payment

Full payment must be made upon placing order and no refund/cancellation is allowed once payment made. Payment can be made by any methods which are clearly stated on our site and they may vary from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed in a secure host environment. In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aira Malaysia. Aira Malaysia has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. 

You further acknowledge and agree that Aira Malaysia shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. 

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
